Ordering from Hair Angels
When you place an order with Hair Angels, at the checkout process you will be able to check your order and correct any errors. We will send you an order confirmation detailing the products you have ordered.
The acceptance of an order takes place when the store dispatches the order. They will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When the store dispatches the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Hair Angels shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.
If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.
Pricing
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT.
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.
Payment
Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners or Switch credit/debit cards. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the card billing address only.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Delivery
We ship with Royal Mail and Parcel Force. We normally dispatch within 24 hours. Expected delivery time is 2-3 days.
